DAY 01: Beginner Flow

Welcome to Day 1 of the Yoga Athletic: 14-day Yoga Challenge

We’re going to start off simple today as I guide you through a yoga class for Beginners.  It’s designed to give you a basic uncomplicated vocabulary of poses that you’ll come across in most yoga classes.  You’ll learn how to move in and out of fundamental poses, keep the breath flowing and the mind present — and ultimately develop the skills to maintain all 3 simultaneously!  Enjoy 🙂
