In today’s class we’ll play with the important fundamentals to arm balancing.  We’ll cover building the upper body up for strength and hip flexibility so you can play with carrying your entire body weight on your hands. Even if you may not want to arm balance, you’ll enjoy the benefits of the deep hip openers while strengthening the wrists, shoulders, core, and back. Enjoy!
