Yoga Athletic: 14-day Yoga Challenge

We’re going to turn up the heat for today’s yoga class which is aimed to elevate your heart.  We’ll start off slow to warm-up the spine and then eventually rev things up with a continuous flow while mixing in a lot of core work. It should be a fun challenge to get the blood, breath and body flowing while burning some serious calories.  Enjoy!
