You made it! It’s the last day of the Yoga Athletic – Yoga Challenge. Congratulation for making it all the way. I hope that in just our brief time together, you’ve started to notice the benefits this practice brings to the body and mind.
For today’s class, I’m taking you to my second and follow-up video to Onese1f, which I shared with you last week. And like last time, I’m offering 2 versions – a 30-min version and for those seeking a more vigorous flow, you’ll find the 60-min version as a bonus video above.
