Today I’ve got a fun class for you that is often my most requested… get ready for lots of core work!  We’ll be spending our time focusing on our core, which for me means all 3 dimensions, including the hips, low back, obliques, deep hip flexor muscles and of course what most people refer to as the ‘6-pack’.
