You’re almost to the end of the yoga challenge!  Today’s sequence will work primarily the lower half of your body and more specifically geared towards Runners.  We’ll be targeting the hip flexors, hamstrings, knees, and low back so even if you don’t run or participate in marathons, you’ll find this class works to increase durability in your joints, improve motor control and flexibility in the hips, glutes, knees, hamstrings, calves, ankles and feet.  Enjoy!
