Today’s practice is a feel-good fun type of class that’s all about twists. We’ll be using twists as a way to cultivate the skill to stay calm and steady. With twists, we learn to find an edge always keeping in mind there is never any strain or struggle. And knowing when the mind is at ease, the true depth of any pose will really start to reveal itself. Enjoy today’s class and I’ll see you on the mat!
