In today’s class, we’ll be exploring balancing on your hands and feet.  For me, there’s nothing like balancing postures that has a way of pulling me into the present moment. Balancing postures also put me into a playful state and for me helps with creative blocks serves as a reminder to not take things so seriously. So let’s have some fun and explore for the next 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
