The front line of the body for most people today are tight and weak. Think about all the positions that you might spend most of your day in, which can be slouching, in front of a computer, driving, and even sitting and you’ll begin to understand why the front plane of our body is so closed up. So as part of your flow today we’ll retrain these areas to lengthen, mobilize and open back up. Enjoy!
