I’d say the hamstrings gives most people the best overall return on their health when it’s properly elastic and strong. Primarily because the hamstrings directly affect two of the most important weight-bearing joints in your body – the hips and knees. Today’s class will start easy by gently opening them up and work our way into a strengthener to balance them out.  Enjoy!
